Wunda Chair/ Stability Chair - Classical, adaptations & variations.

Barrels - Arc, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel.

Assesments/Exams

Lectures and seminars take place the weekends.

Minimum of one 90 minute practice session/week and 4 hours of observation/supervised teaching/week are required. All practice must be logged.

Overall time including lectures, seminars, logged practice and supervised teching 750 hours minimum.

PEAR comprehensive certificate in Teaching Pilates will be awarded on complition.

Level 3 in the UK is awarded for Pilates Mat only. Pilates equipment training is not regulated in the UK.
